WELCOME dear blogging friends to another PINK Saturday.
This week our hostess Beverly of HOW SWEET the SOUND asked us to share
a favorite Christmas Holiday memory.
So before I get into my PINKness for this week I was wracking my
fuzzy memory banks to come up with some memories of my growing up
years. I am the oldest of 4 girls and always loved that my
mom would decorate for this season. A cherished
memory is of her Silver tree with the rotating colored wheel.
She would decorate this all up with pretty blue balls that
matched the rug in our living room. It meant so much to me
that a few years ago when hubby's brother was going through his
home that belonged to grams he asked if we'd want
an old box which was....VINTAGE SILVER Tree. It was the kind that you
had to put every single branch into place...lotsa work that is for sure.
AND of course I said YES, YES, YES!!!
It's a memory that I shared with my sisters and now one of my sisters

Lorena, guess what! My mother had a silver tree she decorated with blue balls, too. I used to love to sit and watch it change colors as the wheel would spin. I thought it was the most beautiful thing ever.
I love your gorgeous decorations, and I can't wait to see more next week.
Happy Pink Saturday.
I just LOVE all the PINKness!

Hi Lorena,
I just had to come back and check out your blog again. I think we may be kindred spirits as we both love the Rose Chintz pattern. My auntie supplied most of mine as she has always had this pattern herself. There are not too many of us out there. Thanks for stopping by today and leaving your nice comments. Enjoy the rest of your weekend.
Blessings,
Sandi
Hi Lorena!
Everything looks beautiful!
Christmas hugs, Sherry
Happy Belated Pink Saturday. I remember my mom decorating the tree in all blue balls one year too.
Hi Lorena, Happy Pink Saturday, what sweet memories of your Christmas. I remember my parents getting a silver tree with a color wheel. They got that in the 60's. We missed the real tree so eventually they went back to that. Your decorating is just beauitufl!
Have a great week!
