Its PINK Saturday again! Be sure to check out Beverly of How Sweet the Sound for all of the other many participants who enjoy sharing their PINK with you!
WELCOME BACK FOR PART 2:
Last week I showed a number of vinettes around my home and teased you with the fact that Part 2 would be this week...so here goes! Hope you enjoy...these are from my Master Bedroom!
THis is a vase that once was Peach in color and I redid it in PINKS!
Doncha just love those sweet shoes? They are made of plaster of paris and were painted by me...let me explain..when my daughter was younger we had a fun place in our area to go and paint up little pieces. So when I took her...I of course had to paint something and what better for the shoe lover in me but to paint these sweet shoes!
A favorite handpainted plate with a sweet posie bouquet!
This tea cup of roses sits upon a mis-matched cup saucer..another reuse of older items.
A sweet mannequin form..but my favs are the Hair keeper that is handpainted and the Lady Head vase I found for only $3 at the Salv Army..she's a bit chipped at the bottom..but that doesn't matter to me!
Hope you enjoyed my Part 2 of Vinette...Happy PINK!!!

Hey there, I love the vase with the roses on it and the plate with the roses on it...ok, well, anything with shabby roses will make my heart pitter pat!!
The head vase is fantastic - and you can't beat a $3 head vase, even if it has a chip!
Hi Lorena,
I always enjoy seeing what's pink with you!! The shoes are great and of course, what a great job you did on them and the vase :)
Have a blessed Sunday.

Hi Lorena, thank you so much for writing me back. I would love to see your technique on how you do your roses. They are absolutely some of the best I've seen. I would just like to thank you for all of your encouraging stories about Jesus. One that has stuck in my mind is...Are you a Mary or a Martha. It hit me hard when I figured out that I was a Martha...always trying to be the perfect host and never enjoying my visits with family & friends because I was always preparing and tending to everyone. After reading the story I thought so what if my house isn't perfect...I am going to sit back and relax. My in-laws are coming this afternoon to spend the night with us and I haven't done a thing. Boy will they be shocked. lol
Thank you!!!! It's good to shake them up every now and then. lol Here is my email address and I would love to chat with you when you have the time. Again thank you, Renee/Strawbearyred Strawbearyred48@gmail.com

Hi Lorena, very cute little vignettes here. The lady's head vase is so pretty and I loved the stacked tea cups.
