Sweet Lil Vintage Planters

Hey, Sweet Blogging Friends!

Today as I am restless for SPRING.
I decided to showcase a few
of my Planter collection that I have
been amassing in recent years.

Are you like me? Do you
pick something up because you absolutely
LOVE
it?
And then, before you know it,
you have created yet again
another
collection?
That's how this collection of mine happened.
This is a vintage shelf that I have
left in its original dark stain and it
fit so well in my Victorian Parlor.  I just had to
fill it with some of my vintage
planter pieces.
Some close ups of a few of these sweeties.
Shhhhhhhhh....don't tell anyone about the dust, ok?
Cute sweet puggy face, huh?
This piece above is probably the one I have
had the longest...since before I was married.

A close up view!
My PRIZED planter...and he's a big one...
lil Lamby!
I found this cutie last year...don't know if he's
old or not...but the painter in me really likes him!
My newest one...a steal for $3 at Treasure Mart
in Ann Arbor!
And last but not least,
this darling pink girl pushing a pram!
(hands off Miss Steph!!!)
Isn't she the most darlingest thing you've ever seen?

I do have a few more up in my room...
hmmmmmm
I may go take some pictures of them
when I finish here.

These are such happy figures and I need
that right now during the in-between periods
before spring hits here in Michigan.

THINKING of SPRING!!!

OMGoodness...I too have a small collection of vintage planters. I just love the muted colors!! I also have a shelf like this but it is in my bedroom & it collided with my white paint brush!! LOL!!
I guess we do have a lot in common!!

Lorena, those are adorable! I don't think I've seen some of them in your house before. Pink lamb is the sweetest.

Lorena, your sweet collection is growing!! I love them all!! Everytime I go to Mother's I tell her about your sweet pink lamb (she has a green one) and I hint hint hint, but nothing yet!!LOL

I really do like the way you "stuffed" them ~ such a pretty way to hide the sometimes dingy insides of the older ones! I'll have to do that, too! Thanks so much for sharing!
