SHARING my latest Creations...many goodies for Christmas too!

Hi Sweet Friends!

When I can, I have finally been able to fit in a few projects that
I have needed to finish.
My latest Cluster Rose goodies were amazing
inspirations from friends who are just so amazing to me!
Also, I have finally finished up some projects that
had been calling me from long ago, but I just couldn't
seem to wrap my brain around what I wanted to do.

So without further ado...here's some of my
newest arrival to my etsy store.

My links to my etsy shop
are on the left if you are
interested.

This sweet resin Angel has been awaiting her debut
for many years.  I just love this assemblage with a vintage
felted reindeer and other goodies too!

These are my Rose Cluster Ornies...the ones above
boast a REAL chandy crystals!
These clusters I have ingeniously used an vintage dangle
earring and the other 3 are Victorian Ornies that just
needed some extra added bling added to them with my roses!
Below I have created a 3 inch Rose that
has an attached vintage Chandy Crystal.
Isn't she so elegant? My latest Victorian Lady Tussie!
Yep, that's a chandy crystal too.
Snow Cones Below are ever so YUMMY!
The left has a white background and the right is pink!
I simply LOVE hearts!
These are a triptic for your wall!

~*~ Kitty Kat LOVE ~*~

Hello my sweet friends!

Are you like me? do you have your camera
ready to snap a cute pose or sleeping
position of your doggy or kitties?
Our 2 kitty babies never disappoint and
I know others enjoy so I am going to post
some more cuties for you!

It's a rare occastion that these 2 even are close together,
but they had their eye on something in the
neighbors yard.
If you look really close, right by the birdhouse at
the top...there's a bunny!!
BUNNY WATCH!!!
Our cats are NOT outdoor cats.  We
let them out but watch them VERY closely.
The last time I shared some kitty pix, I showed Tiger straddling our
chair in the office/den.  Well, Chloe thinks the bannister that
divides our Family Room/Kitchen area is her's to straddle!
Both Chloe and Tiger LOVE this Cat perch that is in our Dining Room
 and
will sleep for hours in it.  Tiger sure looks like he's in a deep sleep!
Chloe found the freshly warm and folded clothes and
decided it was her bed! This basket was waiting for
hubs to take back upstairs!
Thanks so much for indulging me!
We so love our kitty babies and they
bring us so much joy!
Go HUG your furry babies for me!

Tea Time Tuesday

Hi my sweet Tea Loving Friends!

Oh I have been MIA a couple of weeks from my Tea post but
I assure you all for good reasons!

I will be joining Sandi over at Rose Chintz
Cottage and the others I have listed
on the ~links to the left~ of my tea post.
Be sure to stop by each one and see the
many TEA lovelies out there!

If you scroll 2 posts down you will see an
area that had bothered me and the
wonderful transformation I created by
just adding a desk hutch to this area
to create another display area for my
Tea Treasures.
I decided that I'd go ahead and take closer up pictures for
you. I wanted to share all the wonderful loved treasures that I
DO use.  With many having
such wonderful stories behind them.
Some are gifts from dear family and friends.
Others are simply treasure finds!

But...I LOVE how this has turned out
and
am just so delighted with my new
display area.

I have been tweaking it.  And, I do
think now its ready...for at least today! lol
Enjoy my sweet friends!
Here are closer looks a 2 shelves at a time.  I even
had room on top to display goodies! YES!!
Now, how bout an even closer up look?
Below, next 3 picture are the main shelf display area.

I had to take a closer shot of these darling butter
knifes with stacking teacups! Too Cute huh?!
Here's closer ups of the next shelf.
Do you see my collection of English Bone china
creamer and sugar sets?
Now the next shelf up.

This picture below is the tippy top shelf...
This area was called a butlers pantry by our builder.
But for me they didn't put the type of storage in I could have
used...so my creativity took over 17 years later!
I guess, better late than never doing anything!
I really am so happy with how well this area
turned out!

Thanks so much for stopping by!
Happy TEA Everyone!

Pink Saturday ~ 9/11 Remembered~

For today's Pink Saturday I have
decided to do a post on rememberance.

Tuesday, September 11th, 2001.
A day I will NOT forget as long as I live.
Do you remember where you were that day?

I will always remember where I was when I
heard the terrible news of a plane
going into the 1st trade center building.
And the news did not get any better.

I was at my church, beginning our
new Bible Study that always starts in the fall.  When we
finally got more news of what
was going on we stopped and PRAYED.
I could not have been in a better place that day.
Not far from me was my daughters school.
She attended the Christain school our church
had on their property.  Do you remember
that feeling of where are my loved ones?
I do.  I was so thankful that she was a
stones throw away. And if I needed to,
I could check on her safetly.

The days that followed were very eerie to me.
I remmeber hearing planes, but not
jet planes, fighter planes doing their rounds.
Living in the Greater Detroit area we are
near the Canadain border so our area
was heavily guarded this way.
I felt the heartache as I saw those 2 building crumble,
heard of what happened at the pentagon, and
also saw the remains of a plane that was meant
to kill more people.
We
heard stories of those whose bravery was instrumental
in saving lives.  Many who went to help, lost
their lives. And so much more that our
minds could not concieve the evil that has
caused this gapping hurt in our beloved
country.

BUT,
American's rallied!
American's LOVE their country.
American's were NOT going to let evil win!

I am so proud to be an American!
GOD Bless the U.S.A!

A Butler's Pass Through PROBLEM Solved ~ Before and After ~

Hey sweet friends!

What a busy week I have had.  Many emotional
ups and downs too.  Hubby is settling now in his
new job, but the commute isn't much fun for him and
being away for his family.
And...dearest daughter just started her first week of
college.  So many changes for this momma to
wrap her head around, huh.
When that seems to happen, my creative side starts
coming out.  And I began to focus on an area in my
home that has bothered me for years.
My *butlers pantry*.
Which is more like a pass through to the
powder room, dining room and kitchen areas.
When the builder put this in, I thought
GREAT another area for storage! But
now this area that has the mirror above is
such a wasted space.  Why weren't upper cabinets
put in? or at least shelving across for added
storage?
I have asked that question over and over and
have pondered how to fix this.  I am not
too handy with power tools (someday tho)
so it meant using noggin.
It is at times like these that the
creative juices can really begin and
problems are solved in unique ways.
Such is the case today.

I had a *LIGHT BULB* moment!!! Yep, I did!
Daughter and I have also been busy in her room
creating a College Girls Oasis...and guess what
we took off a desk? and guess what was the
perfect size for my pass through?
YES!!!!  This is the bookshelf that was attached
to my girls desk!
I could not contain myself as to how perfectly
this fit into my space.  Now, I did toy with taking he
back off so the mirror would show
through, and I may still do this.
But I was so happy with how well this fit into my
space I wanted to get down to business
and a...PROBLEM SOLVED!

Then the fun began!!!!
I could now pull out more of my *found*
treasure in my home and thrifting jonts.
I was in HEAVEN....ahhhhhhh!
I had so much fun pulling out my linens.
Grabing tea cups, tea pots, plates and goodies
to display.

I still may go remove that back and show the mirror
or even paint the shelf. Time will tell me.
I just LOVE how it turn out!!!
It gave me another
place to showcase those things I love to see.
I am an EYE Candy Girl!

I hope that my problem solving helped inspire
you to THINK outside the box.  Don't
be afraid to use things you have around the house.
Cost of this before/after...$0!!!
The best kind there is!

Thanks for stopping by today!

College Girl BedRoom Redo Sneak Peek

Okay sweet friends have ya been missing me at all?

Before I get going I want to make sure to remind everyone that
you can still sign up for my Sweet Giveaway!
If you click my Banner on side bar it will
take you to where you need to go and read more
about all the ways you can have a chance to win.
OR

Now I am reeeeeeeeally tired!
My daughter starts college next week.  And since she has opted
to stay home, instead of  staying in a dorm room,
we decided a change in decor was in order.

Of course my girl is NOT a girly girl like her momma who
loves flowers and fluffy stuff.
She is all about sports, friends and fun.
So her bright turquoise and oranges walls
speak volumes as to her bright and wonderful
personality.

But, these colors reflect a younger girl and of course
we are now a College girl with a bit more of sophistication

BEFORE

AFTER...
The walls are being painted a creamy white and the furniture
is all going to be painted in black...then a touch of
royal blues.

So there's your sneak peek.  And of course, this
is why I probably won't be back on to post until I
hopefully can get on Sunday and announce
my Giveaway Winner!
We have much to do and painting still
to finish!

Thanks for stopping by.
If you leave a comments it all goes
towards your ability to have more time
 to win!

Blessings
