Gotta Love 'em!

Even when 3 cats shed and leave hair

over everything, I still LOVE my babies.

God knew we needed them dontcha think?

AWE...a good siesta was had by PUNKIN.

He is HUGE too!

Okay...who ever heard of a cat the likes bags?

Well..this girls LOVES them.  She will sit in it, let you carry her

around in one and...lick the

insides.  She's also my kitty that will roll around when you talk to her.

So trusting too!

PUNKIN's head is butting up against the chair arm...too cuuuute!

Chloe's new perch is a chair in our den on a comforter.

Doesn't TIGER look cozy comfy?

I am going to show you my finished

PINK Lacy HEART Pocket that I have

worked on this week.

Below is my sweet HEART Pocket with the

coordinating

Heart on a stick and Tag that comes with it.

Oh when those creative juices flow its all I can

do to NOT go in my room for hours and get

lost it in all.  I Think I made 4 or 5 of these in the

past few days..they will be in my etsy shop.

Of course, my studio suffers so.  If you

saw it right now, you'd say

what happened? lol

But alas, that is how I work...but soon

that room will need a good cleaning and

a fresh new start for MOI.

Hearts, HEARTS and More HEARTS!

Hi Dear Friends!

Okay...Hearts?

YEP, it's that time of year isn't it?

I have had somewhat of a creative lul.

I think after Christmas and all of the business

and creative juices that flow, I just plain run outta steam

after the first of the year.

I felt like I was in a slump.

Trying to figure out just what do I want to do.

I used to LOVE to paint roses...

well I guess I still do...

but...

I wasn't doing this regularly.

Need to get back to my passion.

Roses and painting roses.

Hearts...well I have to say they place

2nd next to my roses.

I thought I'd show you some past Canvas's that

I have painted my Roses into a Heart Wreath on.
The one above is my absolute FAV.

These are some of my favorite things to

paint. Hmmm...think I must do one

for this year...note to self.

This one above is actually being offered up
in my Bonanzle store...for those who might be interested.

Alas I ramble....I did also create some

unique Heart Pockets.  Oh, a couple of

years ago I came up with a fun idea  for

a swap.

Above its all done up...

below was just before I embellished it.

See the lacy heart below? with the painted rose?

That went to my dear Friend Connie of

Living Beautifully. With all the goodies pictured.

But then I forgot about them until this year...

I got inspired again because of the

AMOUR Valentines Swap I joined.

So yesterday those juices

started to flow...Oh and look what I did.

I was so tickled with how this turned out.

Can you guess what my pocket is?

Yep, Its actually a lace paper doily!

It's not quite finished.  Just had to show you

what I have gotten my creative

juices doing..SQUEAL!!!  I plan to do something to

put into this and then hopefully sell

them in my etsy shop.

Sharing My Sweet Gifts ~ Prayer Request

Hi Friends!

Oh I was the very happy winner of a giveaway. 

I won Vickie of Visuals by Vickie .  What

really makes this so special, Vickie is not

only a fellow blogger but she's in a very wonderful

ebay group of girls whom I love dearly.

AND...I have had the priviledge of meeting

Vickie and her sweet hubby Larry this past July.

My hubby and I were in Austin, Texas checking

out a potential business opportunity.  They were

such gracious hosts and we spent a whole afternoon

and into the evening sight seeing, visiting and I

got to see her charming home!

So, without further ado...here's what I received!

Such a pretty Tea Cup for MOI who adores

Tea Cups...and such lovely napkins too!

She wrote the sweetest note in the Kitty Card.

In the past, I have been sharing what my hubby and I have

been going through.  He is still without a job almost 1.5 years now. 

We have had many opportunities open, but alas nothing yet. 

God is so faithful. 

We have been careful savers and that

is how we have been surviving now.  But...our

cobra on our Insurance will run out mid-February.

OH My, this make us so aware of the great benefits

we have enjoyed...and also what is out there for

those like us who are not with a company or employed.

I am more sensitive to those less fortunate.

Would you please pray for a job this year

for my hubby.  I am praying for a miracle.

God KNOWs my specific requests.

He's been by our side.

He' been my constant source of strength.

He's been my ROCK.

He is GOD.

He is in Control.

He loves me and will take care of my families needs.

My LOVE afair with clay began almost 20 years ago.

Before I even painted roses I craft

clay rose jewelry.

Put it aside when my daughter was born.

Then my interest began again a few years ago

when a very talented lady on ebay began

using her gorgeous roses in her mosaics!

I now make them for others to use in their crafts.  And

I embellish and have created many unique signature

items of my own.
